We want to assure you that the health and safety of our Serenity Garden Massage & Tans' clients and community is our number one priority.

 

Even before Covid-19, Serenity Garden Massage & Tans had stringent safety protocols to keep our clients healthy and safe. With Covid-19, it is our responsibility to meet all CDC Guidelines. 

 

New clients are asked to fill out an intake and consent form. Please bring it filled out to reduce non-essential time. 

 

Patients must arrive unaccompanied.

 

To keep our clients and therapists safe, all massage clients are required to pre-screen themselves before their appointment. All clients must cancel their appointment if they have experienced shortness of breath, body aches, fever, or cough in the past 14 days. If the massage therapist notices any of these symptoms during the service, the service will be stopped.

 

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):

• Massage therapists are required to wear a mask.  

 

Serenity Garden Massage & Tans Enhanced Cleaning:

 

• All SGMT massage equipment is thoroughly cleaned between each client

• High touch areas are disinfected regularly

• Washroom is wiped down several times a day

• Massage therapists wash their hands regularly, before and after each massage

Please note that Serenity Garden Massage & Tans makes every possible effort to create a safe environment. Even with all precautions taken, there still remains a risk of contracting Covid-19 by receiving massage treatment and the client must give written consent of their understanding of this risk.
